Our local policeman, PC Robert Boulton kindly accepted the Parish Council's request to judge the displays of Christmas lights on houses around our village.

He was accompanied on his tour by Councillor Trish Paterson, and had a difficult task selecting from a good number of attractive displays.

Finally he selected this display at 42 School Lane, which he described as "impressive".  Later, the Chairman of Guilden Sutton Parish Council was pleased to present the Oldham family with a Gift Voucher worth £10 to be spent at the Grosvenor Garden centre.
