For the seven eight years that Guilden Sutton has had its
own website, the intention has always been to provide a centralised
information service for residents. Its webmaster is always ready
to receive
feedback about any aspect of the site or offers of
content. It is especially gratifying to
receive kind comments from prospective or past residents of our village.
Our website
is available to all residents or organisations in Guilden Sutton - announcing
village activities, reporting their success, or displaying information as a permanent
record. If you want to have any information displayed, please email
the text/photos etc to Webmaster or
contact any Parish Councillor with suggestions,
recommendations or requests (or details of any errors) and (especially) offers of
assistance!
A
recent ad-hoc collection of photos taken around the village showing
local views can be viewed if you click on the “Keep our Village
Good-looking” button. It
was originally prepared for a different purpose, but village
residents’ contributions can easily be included to show the
characteristics which they think keeps Guilden Sutton such an attractive
village, and which ones should be protected or enhanced. All photo
contributions welcome. Maybe we could use the eventual collection
to prepare a Village Design Statement........
