Most village websites have a section to accumulate nostalgic
photos, local landmarks, and past events, and I was grateful to John Beavan for providing the first
batch. If you can lay your hands on any suitable photos, whether in digital format
or "old fashioned" prints, I should be very pleased to put them on the website,
to increase the range.
Attempts have been made to put captions with
each picture, and at the moment these may be inaccurate, or inadequate. If you can
help me correct/improve any caption, can you please help by providing better information.
If you are still using dial-up, I am sorry for the slow loading - that's the problem
with photos!!
