Important note: The signed
copies of the minutes for the current and immediately preceding years can be
seen by arrangement with the Clerk. Earlier years back to 1895 can be
consulted at the County Record Office, Duke Street, Chester. The minutes
displayed here are unapproved versions although any amendments should
appear in the next following month's minutes. Amendments resulting from
internal or external financial audits can appear up to 18 months later.
You should therefore only rely on the signed copy where verification is
essential although major amendment is rare.
Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting are
not displayed until they have been accepted at the following year's Annual
Parish Meeting.
